"Very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable and the a/c can be set low. Room has microwave, refrigerator and keurig style coffeemaker. The breakfast starts a little late in the weekends - 7 am."

"The hotel room was not like the pictures and described. With the suite we reserved, we expected a separate room for the king which is not available, which I paid extra for. Also we were charged an additional $5.00 because of the company who owns the hotel(IGA) calls it a destination fee. The room was clean and pool was nice. Left too early to try breakfast."

"The layout of the building is a little weird. Our room was located near the corner of an L, from our room we could see directly into the other rooms and vice versa unless we had our blinds closed. The breakfast was only ok. I wish there was a waffle maker, they ran out of food, plates and bowls 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. They did have pancakes one day but they were the frozen kind you see in bags at Walmart. The hotel is new and things are kept clean. The staff was very friendly...

"Asked the guy at the desk for a pack and play for my little, I got the paperwork signed everything and went upstairs. My husband put it up and realized it was all completely broken and our son couldn’t sleep in that. He took it back and explained what was wrong with it and said it was not safe for any child to sleep in and the guy said that it was all they had at the moment and he had other things to do so my husband would have to wait. Definitely not the experience we wanted to deal with."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I absolutely would. My family and I stayed here expecting a basic, clean, and safe place to sleep while we were in town. We weren't looking for luxury or anything extravagant. This "Inn" failed in every possible way. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we felt uncomfortable, frustrated, and genuinely disappointed. Looking back, the 2-star rating should have been a warning. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo."
