"Perfect spot for a family getaway in any season"

"The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

Special mention to a young man who manned the midnight shift counter on 7/11/26. My husband and I, who are both seniors were having a hard time sleeping and breathing because of the elevation. "The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular."

"The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

"We had a great stay at Alpenrock Hotel. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the amenities were excellent, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to Main Street. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. "
