"Very nice stay"

"Helpful front desk, polite and attentive. The property is 5mins walk to Marienplatz so very convenient. Room was good size, rainfall shower, comfy bed. Expedia room credit came in handy with the restaurant / bar next door. Would recommend. The Viktualienmarkt is worth a look, also a short stroll."

"The hotel was in a great location, but I didn’t read the reviews carefully before booking. There is no AC. When I asked, they brought a portable unit that just blew air. I also didn’t read thoroughly that the airport shuttle was for a fee. When I asked how much, they said they just call a taxi or an Uber for you. There is no shuttle. On our second and final night we were looking forward to having a cocktail at their amazing bar, but it was closed for a private event. I wish we would’ve been told that upon check-in so we could have stopped to get a drink before returning back to the hotel. In addition, the private event lasted until 2 AM and kept us up most of the night. There was some confusion with the breakfast charged, but they made it right. All in all just know going in that there is no airport shuttle for free and no air-conditioning. The dinner and drinks in the lounge were amazing and the staff were wonderful."

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."

"Excellent breakfast buffet. Knowlegeable courteous front desk staff. The location is excellent, a five-minute walk to the Marienplatz. This is an excellent hotel, what I think used be called a pension. Not fancy, but up-to-date, quiet, very clean, and well-located."
