We stayed for 5 days. Great staff and service. Specially from Mariano and Francesca. The private beach is perfect to relax. From this location we visited many places in Sicilia doing day trips. The view is stunning and very nice to have breakfast with this view.

Great views, lovely staff, great room and hotel but completely inaccessible without a car. No way to walk from the hotel to the station because there are no pavements on the roads. Had to rely on $25 taxi journeys each way just to be able to leave the hotel. No shops around the hotel, had to go to Palermo.

Cleaning service was excellent. Parking was also good, but it was off season so there weren’t too many guests. The ambience around the pool was stellar with comfortable canopies beds and places to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was provided by the neighboring restaurant, and the woman who made omelettes could not have been more un-friendly! In fact, “omelette lady” has now become code between my husband and me for a person who is not nice. Our bed was too bouncy, but the room was spacious. We had a flood from the shower into the bedroom, and the staff told us not to worry about it and that it was “normal.” That struck us as strange, but we figured it was an Italian thing.

Beautiful view!!!! The apartment was clean, spacious and was nice to have everything we needed to cook a meal. The staff was excellent and eager to help when needed. I would recommend this property

Bed was horrible. Coil springs which you felt. Every one of them. Front desk would not provide a substitute. Pool was cold. Beach was very rocky. You need water shoes. However the water was crystal clear and warm. Parking was sporadic. Pizza restaurant was good. You could take out. Breakfast was okay but cold. Uncooked bacon. Omelette option was there. Food served was repetitive. Our apartment had a washer which was convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was excellent with beautiful views overlooking the water from your table. Breakfast included an omelette bar, which is rare in Italy. We will definitely be staying here again.

A nice hotel on the beach. Staff were good but they were very stressed in the restaurant as they were constantly running rather than walking. This affected the whole impression. We couldn’t use our balcony as we had two AC running full all the time. One of them we could turn off from our room, but the other AC was not ours. To noisy unfortunately.

The location is good. Amazing view. The layout of the hotel is odd. There is no elevator. So watch for that. Also, we got a room that must have been a storage before and they converted it to a room. It was awful. Ceiling was 7 ft high at most. The bathroom had poor ventilation. This was definitely not a $400/night experience!! And we were put in abundance by them not having an alternative proper room available. Also the restaurant situation was odd. There is a good restaurant for dinner with good food. But during the day snack and breakfast in the morning had very limited options. The pool and beach was great.

Great stay.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room and hotel very clean. Pool is lovely with a range of seating to suit everyone. Breakfast is excellent both food and saff. Coffee is strong. Lunch and dinner are both delicious, however i think the menus need more of a selection. Pizza and local beers were the highlight. A special mention to Antonio at dinner service. He is exceptional ❤️

The ocean view was incredible falling asleep to the sound of waves. Every night was very peaceful however, the Internet did not work in the room. Even when they provided an alternate Wi-Fi source moved at a snails pace. You had to stay in the lobby. The hotel seems like it’s designed more for locals that need a staycation because there is nothing around the hotel doesn’t have room service or anything within walking that is helpful for a first time visitor. They have an ice cream shop and a small store on the premises plus a restaurant, but it’s literally in the middle of nowhere in the hotel provides no shuttle service or transportation, except for calling a taxi service. It’s definitely a venue for parties (baby showers wedding receptions, etc.) doesn’t necessarily seem designed for tourists for vacation. If you don’t go to eat at the times when the restaurant is open, there’s nowhere else for you to go and they don’t allow you to bring food from outside to the hotel. A lot of areas of the hotel are extremely rundown. It just seems like somebody abandoned the hotel or was in the middle of renovating and walked away from the project. The staff is very limited the gentlemen in the front did their best. Most of the time everyone acts like you’re inconveniencing them when you ask a question.

EXCELLENT stay! We booked only one night but had to stay a second because it was just what we needed. Beautiful place and extremely relaxing. Gorgeous pool and clean beach with clear water. Plenty of water sport activities too included. Attentive lifeguard, friendly front desk, and pool bartender. The service on the rooftop is slow but professional. Fantastic meals for dinner and lunch but breakfast is okay however great coffee. We will be staying again.

Super hotel!

We very much enjoyed our night’s stay here, we were just sorry it was not for longer. We loved the pool and private beach, both quiet and relaxing areas. All staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. I contacted the hotel the day before to ask if we could use the hotel facilities before check in. We really appreciated being allowed to use the pool to relax after a busy few days travelling. There is plenty of parking in the hotel’s secure parking area. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent.

We stayed for 9 nights this July and we loved it! Our family room (4 beds) was nice and spacious, and the view from det balcony was exellent. The cafe, restaurant and bar had good food and drinks and the staff was friendly (though some of them did not understand much english). Having the beach almost by ourselves (Only for Hotel guests) was really nice, and the pool area looked like a Beach Club. We also appreciated the parking area where our rented car was safe (security guard watching 24/7) The only drawback was that there are no supermarked or other restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. There was no buses or trains nearby, so if you want to go somewhere you have to ask the reception for a taxi. We will absolutely concider coming back to this beautiful hotel!

Generally the quality of the hotel was good. The reception staff were great. The car parking staff not so great, although it was extra busy the day of our visit as it was a bank holiday. The approach to the hotel is a bit awkward. The drainage on the complex isn’t perfect. There were some drain smells outside here and and there. The beach was amazing, with kayaks, paddle boards and other fun things to use in the sea for free. The restaurant was a great setting for an evening meal, although service was a bit hit and miss and the quality of the steaks we had weren’t that great! All in all a good experience but far from perfect!

Avoid This Hotel – Poor Service and Substandard

The staff at the hotel is the opposite of solution-oriented, especially those working at the reception. There are parties at the pool every day until 2:00 AM, so you can forget about getting any sleep before then. There is no cooperation among the hotel staff; everything is divided, and everyone blames each other. The breakfast is terrible. Dry bread and muesli are what you can expect. Oh, and some croissants too, which were good. The Wi-Fi barely reaches the room, and the coverage is awful. If you really want to experience Sicily, I would suggest looking at hotels in Trapani, Sciacca, Cefalu, and Taormina. Make sure to rent a car, as the nearest shop or restaurant is miles away.
