It's not as nice as the hotel I stayed in the night before and paid half as much for. If I would have stayed in this hotel first, I would have been happy with it. The breakfast options were a little limited. But I did like being able to park right outside my room. And it was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly. The carpet needs a good cleaning, but everything else looked clean.

The property is filthy, the carpet looked like a crime scene, there are no pools even though the website says there are two, the second level walkway was held up by a 4x4 and bottle jacks. We did not stay here and i can't get in touch with anyone at Expedia to get my refund.

Rooms were clean property needs some cleaning outside The ice machine did not work which was a big disappointment and pool and fitness center closed which was the main reason I chose this facility. When i asked about ice I was told there was only one machine and it was down.

There was no smoke alarm in our room. There were barricades and caution tape on the building. Ice machines were not working. Also told they were short on key cards and only given one.

What was shown online when booking was completely opposite of what we got. No pool place falling apart on outside. Not enough accommodations in room for number of people i reserved for. Very much false advertising of their property online. We had to go out and pay to use a pool since theirs was not open. No manager available and new employee at front desk. I do not recommend reserving this hotel ever!!! I cant even believe expedia allowed this on their site with all the unjust pictures on expedia site and hotels own web site!!! Tried to give no stars but made me give 1 star

I was unable to enter the room by the issued key card. i later learned there was a special trick to get the card to work. A few times that I tried the trick it didn't work until the fourth or fifth time. NOT GOOD!!! Also, I was unable to get the shower to function. We were unable to shower during our stay and had to leave without one.

Hotel in need of renovation
The hotel is just old and tired. On check in we were notified of no ice and no swimming pool. We were only given one key because they only had a certain amount of keys. In the bathroom we only had one towel adequate for drying. The other towel was a bath mat. Looking at second floor support beams there were wood a clamps to support the second floor. Not sure anyone was staying on the second floor for this reason. The bar advertised on the website, I believe was closed for probably not having any ice. However our room air conditioner was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

I was in room 132. The front desk associate was very nice. She gave me information about the area. A lot of questions I had. The lady answered them very kindly. I walked in the room and I was kind of disappointed. The pictures and the room don’t really match much. The parking lot by my room was very dark. I kept waking up to Check on my car. The pool is closed. They are waiting for funding from the corporate office to fix the pool. I was looking forward to swimming. The curtains was dirty and looked dingy. The wasn’t hung properly.

Property in poor condition. Both pools closed. In disrepair, lots of yellow tape areas blocked off. Temporary support beams holding up 2nd floor. Poor lighting. Shower handle plumbing bangs the shower wall. Very loose.
