"My room was clean, and I had fresh towels for each day I was staying. Breakfast was typical of hotels that offer free breakfast, and it was hot and ready early as well as toward the end of breakfast time. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout my stay, and immediately took care of an issue with my room door. "

"We booked on line for an accesible room. I printed confirmation that accesibke room was avaliable. At check in,staff said they do not have accessible rooms. We used elevator to 3rd floor. The room was clean and roomy enough for mobility cart. In the fridge was spoiled food!! Only 2 tissues, no hot breakfast,they gave us granola bar and tangerine.. The hotel was undergoing renovatios,and floors were a mess. We arrved late evening,or we would have left. "

"I arrived late at night after long drive and the staff at the front desk was so kind helping me to check in as soon as I can take a rest. The facility looks and probably is old, but fine details were taken care and very clean. Highly recommended. "

"Previous multiple visits have been superior in all respects. This most recent stay was diminished due to a hair and debris clog in the bathroom sink. However, staff did respond to my complaint immediately. All other hotel features remained superior, which included front desk staff and especially Stacy Ann in the restaurant. I also commended the restaurant manager for the hospitality, excellent menu, and food. The hotel has consistently served as a home away from home during our business trips to Cheyenne. We look forward to our next business trip in two weeks."

"Was very disappointed that they do not accept cash for payment on anything. A little frustrating when you’re on a trip and you have money saved and you can’t use it. Even the restaurant doesn’t accept cash, otherwise the stay was wonderful. Always like this place it feels like a little getaway."

"Clean room, front staff friendly and quick to check in, quiet in the room. Motel booked with 6 buses plus, so unable to eat breakfast. Overall very nice! Would stay again. "
