"Staff on Sunday morning (we departed at 6:25AM) was very kind to pack a breakfast to go since our bus departed at 6:30AM. We had no time to eat breakfast in the morning and restaraunt did not open till 7am. But staff was so kind to pack a "to go" back with delicious food to eat on the train to Zurich. Thank you. Also staff greeting was very kind when we arrived a few hours before check in. They were able to prepare the room early for us and provide hot chocolate and coffee while we waited in the restaraunt. "

"Just an amazing place for a vacation and getaway to get a true mountain Swiss countryside feeling. The staff friendliness and hotel amenities are a class above what you will find anywhere. "We spent only one night to visit the Filisur bridge, we had dinner at their restaurant amd the staff was super friendly and helpful. The heater could be a bit lower, it was suuper hot during the night and there was no switch to control it. We came late March and the neighbourhood was super quiet, no other restaurants. If you prefer to save up is better to bring food. The coop market is just below, you can also stock up there."
