"I had an uncomfortable experience during my stay. There were large cockroaches appearing at night, which made the room feel unhygienic and difficult to relax in. Additionally, the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close, making it inconvenient and frustrating to use. Overall, the room maintenance needs significant improvement. I hope the management can address these issues so future guests can have a better experience. "

"Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff were lovely, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. And we were close to the event we were attending over the long weekend. A few concerns though; there was no smoke detector in the rooms and there was no fire extinguisher/fire blanket. And there was no bin in the bathroom for female sanatory products."
