"I read the reviews before booking though Expedia. My room was not clean and it had an odor. The room was dated and the tub was deplorable. I'm going out on a limb to say, it appears if you book through a third party, you are given a horrible room. I ended up not staying the full two nights."

"Great one night stay! Check-in was quick and smooth and the clerk was super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped, a/c nice and cool (essential in the FL July heat!), and plenty of parking. There is a nightly parking charge - I think it was $15. Breakfast was pretty good - hot and cold options (bacon was really good, packaged pastries were pretty good). It's a quick walk to the beach and there is a great skate park just out the back door. Convenience store and great seafood...

"Nice, though older, well-kept property. Rooms need a microwave and a nice bfast. Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again."

"Blatant false advertising. The listing made it look like you were staying in a building with direct beach access, and instead we were shoved in what looked like rundown apartments a mile back in the woods because these “Villas” were actually privately owned buildings that were separate from the REAL hotel in the pictures besides shared access to amenities on property. I didn’t book a “resort on the beach” to have to drive a mile from my unit to a parking garage and then lug all my beach bags on...
