"You get what you paid for. Nothing special but not terrible. Most dirt are just stains they probably can't get out. The fridge still had food from someone else's stay and a little mold in it. One night was very noisy so I called the desk to see if it was maintenance or to call there attention to it if it was an issue they should be aware of. The woman was dismissive and rude. "The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back."

"I did not like that our room wasn’t ready 2 hours after check-in with no phone call or notification. When asked for a discount or accommodation, we were denied. There was also hair left in the shower of our room. I do not recommend this location or staff."

"The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. There was mold on ceilings and bathtub was stained and soiled with a plunger sitting inside. We did not use it over 3 days. The Hannover the toilet leaked steady streams of water on and off. There was a shoe print on the ceiling? Beds were less comfortable than sofa beds and mattresses were stained. We slept on top of the linens and would not use. The outside smelled of weed and the pool was covered and non functional. Nothing like the pictures....

"Honestly, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel smelled AMAZING and was just a really peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. Wish I could've stayed longer!"
