"We stayed at the hotel for four days. First, the rooms are really nice, the staff super friendly and very keen, the pool is great. But the zoo is just awful and an absolute animal cruelty. Animals with stereotypical behavior (recurring behaviors turn circles, up and down..), extremely dirty cages, dirty water. Far too small cages, rabbits on lattice floor, hardly any food, donkeys unkempt hooves, parrot with trimmed feathers. A meerkat was kept alone. None of the meerkats could dig tunnels. It...
