From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special. During our stay, we booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire journey. The arrangements were smooth, professional, and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Every meal at the hotel was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—truly making us feel pampered at every moment. The housekeeping staff also touched our hearts with their thoughtful preparation. They decorated our room with roses, arranged towel swans, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented cake.
