"We were able to check in early, which was nice. TV and bathroom were outdated. There were two of us. I had to ask for a second room key and there were exactly two of each towel. Seemed a little stingy—a bit inconvenient if you want to take more than one shower. But it was fine for one night."
"Cleaning was nice. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv. Worker was in the hallway so she came to show me. Had to push 3 items on the remote to get a channel. No directions printed to tell you it was a satellite TV. Then the shower would not work. Directions on the wall showed how to use. Not rocket science. I knew how it worked. Turned on the water and it started to fill tup. Push up one faucet but water would not come out of the shower. Turned shower head around, still no water. I gave up on the idea of a shower. Did sponge bath and washed my hair in the room sink. Didn’t ask for help. Low staff count. Also, the garbage outside was over crowded. Wind too some away. I pulled out two huge weeds from the front of my handicapped car. Then I ended up moving my car to another handicapped spot because where I originally park there it should be ok. But there was a huge tree/Bush that was scrapping my car. Didn’t want marks on my 2026 Cadilac. Other than sleeping on a bed so soft and wonderful, I had a very nice visit and slept in piece."
"I had hair on my sheets and the rooms were not clean. The area was sketchy and pretty sure the people by us were doing drugs, you could smell it and it had that atmosphere. I'd never recommend staying there."
"Property was totally rundown. Outside was falling apart in places, exercise room was disgusting. I had to clear out the beer cans to use the treadmill then noticed red and brown stains all over it. The outside entrance doors has the electric scanner turn out and doors were duct taped open. Not safe at all. My hairdryer burnt up first time I turned it on and could not get another one."
