Selva Serena

"Overall, Selva Serena is a little piece of paradise. The views, the weather, and the peaceful surroundings make you forget about the stresses of everyday life. The food was delicious, and the included breakfast was the perfect start to each day. The lunch and dinner options were excellent, so you never have to worry about meals, they’ve got you covered. The fresh fruits, served in generous portions and used in natural juices and cocktails, are locally grown and incredibly delicious. The staff was friendly, diligent, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool is breathtaking, and the location is truly a little piece of heaven, so close to Bogotá. Our only recommendation is to keep all of the pools and the jacuzzi open and ready for guests, regardless of how large or small the group is. Please keep Selva Serena alive and thriving for future travelers. We have already recommended it to many people in Bogotá, and based on our experience and photos, they are very excited to discover this hidden gem for themselves."

"This finca was absolutely perfect and one of the highlights of our trip. The coffee tour was excellent, informative, engaging, and a wonderful way to learn about the coffee-making process. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views in every direction. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The farm-to-table meals were fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to Shean, Diego, and Nicolas, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Our only suggestion would be to offer more traditional Colombian dishes on the menu. We would have loved the opportunity to enjoy some local cuisine during our stay. Overall, this is a truly special place, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience. One tip for future guests: be sure to contact the property in advance to arrange transportation. The roads leading to the finca can be challenging, and a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. We would not suggest taking an Uber, as the terrain is rough and not well suited for standard vehicles. The property’s transportation service made the trip much easier and stress-free."
