"This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc. The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing"

"Rooftop bar/pool area used for breakfast is a real delight with views of the sea and mountains. The food was exceptional and the dinner buffet very good value head and shoulders above most we have experienced in terms of quality and choice. Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed. "Amazing! Literally amazing all around! The hotel is new and modern. Very upscale and well designed. Great location. Not really on a white sandy beach, but the swimming area is great. Room was very large and well designed. Huge bathroom with spacious shower and a tub. Included breakfast was amazing - one of the best we ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful and well trained. Everyone had a smile and super accommodating. Minor issue was addressed quickly and with class. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at and definitely the best hotel on Crete. Management at the hotel is doing a great job! We cannot be happier! Thank you!"
