"The staff were super helpful when we had issues. The views are beautiful. The pool and pool bar service were great. Be prepared to pay high prices for rentals of the hotel's chairs and cabanas by the beach. It may be more cost effective to go to a local store and buy chairs and umbrellas if you are staying more than one day. "

"The front desk was very unprofessional and on their cellphones while checking in. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not so clean. Also, no working ice machines, they were both broken. Besides that it’s a quiet place to stay very close to the airports and about 35 min away from Clearwater beach. Also, plenty of restaurants in the area to eat."
