"Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise. Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit. "This literally felt like home away from home. The front desk manager greeted me by NAME upon arrival, they were helpful and very accommodating. From the luggage assistance to the bartender, everyone was such a joy to be around and the pictures looked EXACTLY like the room. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!"

"Our stay at Las Clementines was beyond compare! We chose it due to its wonderful location in Casco Antigua, but it was so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Marcos told us the history of the hotel and took time to show us the details that make this place so wonderful. Mahalo, the restaurant, on the main floor makes absolutely delicious food...try the ceviche for sure. Overall, this was a highlight of our 8 day trip."
