Great place to stay for our trip to Venice. It was a bit out of the way but it made up for it by the nice quiet resort. Food was excellent, staff very helpful and with the quiet location we got a good night sleep. The breakfast was first class. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the nature, close to several Conero beaches. Nice swimming pool area including a children's pool. Easy to walk to the beach restaurants. Excellent breakfast.

We returned here this year having first visited on our honeymoon last year. I have to admit that the two experiences have unfortunately been night and day. We are feeling very let down after this stay. The room we stayed in was in need of repairs as the walls were very scuffed and the bathroom had lots of peeling paint/cracked plaster. The pool area clearly undergoing repair was not as nice as it was last year and there were very noisy works constantly taking place over the course of our stay. You couldn't go even 30 minutes by the pool without incessant drilling. Were were not made aware before our visit that the pool area would not be a pleasant place to be, and if we had i don't believe we would have visited. In addition, in lacking a pool bar were were advised that drinks orders would be taken on a regular bases and brought by the hotel bar. Over 3 days, we were approached once by staff for drinks. The bar being closed also meant no poolside food, something we expected and were not made aware would not be available when we checked in. I saw some recent reviews suggesting the quality x price ratio was off, and upon this visit im sorry to say I wholeheartedly agree. Staying here was meant to be a treat and we paid for the luxury of that, it was not worth it at all.

La struttura è molto bella, pulita, nuova e ben posizionata nei dintorni delle spiagge e stabilimenti di Portonovo raggiungibili a piedi. Tutto lo staff è accogliente e pronto a rispondere celermente alle richieste dei clienti con pazienza e disponibilità. Il ristorante fornisce indubbiamente un ottimo servizio per tutti i pasti della giornata, dalla variegata e ricca colazione a buffet fino alla cena, che offre ogni giorno un menu ‘a la carte’ di cucina marchigiana, elaborato il giusto, senza eccessi. Inoltre, un menu del giorno sempre diverso arricchisce quello standard. Le portate sono tutte gustose e di livello. Migliorerei forse la gestione dell’assegnazione dello stabilimento delle spiagge vicine ai clienti, permettendo al cliente la scelta dello stabilimento oppure esplicitando in anticipo con maggior chiarezza le disponibilità correnti al momento della richiesta in modo da lasciare al cliente la scelta di una prenotazione in autonomia direttamente con lo stabilimento o tramite la struttura.

Im Sommer bestimmt angenehm schattig

Schönes stilvolles Hotel. Sehr clean eingerichtet. Lage hübsch in einem Park in Strandnähe gelegen. Ich hatte auch noch eine Hand- und Fussbehandlung. Die waren eher etwas sehr basic. Die Nägel wurden ca. 5 min gefeilt. Dann gab es ein Peeling und Handcreme. Das ganze dauerte etwa 20 Minuten und kostete 70 Euro... Die gebuchte Massage war zwar entspannend, dauerte aber auch nur eine halbe Stunde.

Het Seebay Hotel is een heerlijk hotel om even tot rust te komen in een mooie omgeving. Het ontbijt is vers, groots en goed. De kamers zijn mooi, verzorgd, goed en schoon. Het personeel is behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het strand is op loopafstand. Ik kom heel snel weer terug!

Bellissima esperienza

Ottimo hotel, molto curato negli ambienti e nei servizi. Situato in un luogo magnifico, comodo alla spiaggia e dotato di parcheggio (incluso nel prezzo). Bellissimo luogo

Un luogo davvero speciale dove poter visitare il CONERO. Bellissima posizione ampio parcheggio immerso nella natura. Personale gentile e disponibile. ottima colazione, ho ricevuto anche un upgrade da singola, un po angusto il bagno ma ottima doccia. Cassaforte ok. Piccola ma sufficiente per me la palestra. Quindi ritornerei subito... Grazie!

Un quattro stelle non da quattro stelle

L'hotel avrebbe grandi potenzialità ma purtroppo manca di personale adeguato ad un 4 stelle. Avevamo prenotato una camera su Hotels.com dove c'era scritto (in più parti della scheda hotel) che era presente in camera una vasca idromassaggio. Al check-in chiedendo conferma su questo, la persona alla reception ci ha trattati in maniera poco gentile affermando che non era colpa sua se sul sito partner erano state inserite informazioni errate, ribadendolo più volte nonostante le ns spiegazioni. Noi avevamo prenotato questo hotel solo per avere l'idro privato e saremmo andati via visto che non c'era predisposizione da parte sua a rimborsare il disagio. Solo dopo ns richiesta ci è stata concessa la possibilità di accedere alla SPA, facendoci notare il notevole sforzo visto che l'ingresso costava 35€. Siamo rimasti molto male del comportamento del receptionist e ricordiamo che sarebbe stato loro dovere controllare su Hotels.com che le info fossero corrette e offrire di loro spontanea volontà l'accesso SPA a copertura parziale del disagio. Abbiamo poi provato anche il ristorante, ma purtroppo non siamo rimasti soddisfatti del cibo e anche qui il servizio non è stato certamente da 4 stelle. A favore posso affermare che la location è bella e la colazione ben assortita, le camere ben arredate e nuovissime, ma non molto spaziose. Viaggiamo molto e non ci era mai capitato di essere trattati così male da un receptionist. Purtroppo il rapporto qualità-prezzo è asslutamente insufficiente.
