"The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. "I have stayed at a lot of hotels. But this property was the most accommodating out of any country I’ve stayed. The owner was so helpful with giving me transportation on the drop of a dime. I was solo traveling. He was able to pick me up from the airport and even told ME when I had a flight cancellation/delay/etc. now for the property itself, mme vola is the sweetest woman ever. She will help out with your laundry, she cooks you breakfast every morning and asks you what you prefer to eat, she...

"The newer rooms are beautiful and clean, have tons of light and some great views of the city. The staff are Friendly and front desk speak English. Kitchen is nice because it’s Close to shopping at the Super U and can get groceries. Some really nice restaurants nearby as well."
