"The he staff was super accommodating when "

"We had two rooms and I wish they were next to each other instead of a little ways apart. The housekeeping staff were super nice. Each time they saw us they asked if we need anything if they could do anything for us. Excellent housekeeping staff! "

"The staff was very friendly! Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable! The parking lot was well lit and close to the entrance. We enjoyed the shuttle that takes you to and from the Crosswinds Casino, at all times of the night or day. We had a great stay!"

"Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us"

"Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "

"The room had bed bugs and there was mold found in the bathroom. All of us had bed big bites. The room was presented clean upon arrival. Pool water heater was broken. Breakfast was very stale and limited. I couldn’t eat anything there. Mirrors, bathtub, and other furniture in poor condition and need updated. Hotel is in a good location. Staff were very kind."

"There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. "

The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a...

"What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too. "

"Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh."

"Great location for us-near Tanganyika, local shops and food options and adjacent to airport. Hotel itself was fine- we didn’t spend a lot of time there- it was a place to sleep and clean up. Needs a facelift, felt aged. Beds were comfy, pillows were great so it definitely met our needs"
