The decor of the room was predominantly gray, with black and white pictures of bare trees in a stormy sky... Very artistic, but not much for peace and inspiration. The bathroom door sticks and won't completely close and the air conditioner fan was loud, and awakened me every time it kicked on. We had no washcloths upon arrival, but a call to the desk resulted in prompt delivery."

"I booked a hotel room through the Expedia website and paid for one night. I checked in, but I didn't stay in the room for more than five minutes because it was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and trash piled up behind the beds, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. I immediately went to the front desk, handed the keys to the concierge, and left. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but he told me he couldn't process it because a third party was involved."
