"We love staying at Gaia anytime we are in the area. Their beds are comfortable, the property is beautiful and staff is friendly. This trip and our previous trip we ended up having to wait for our room to be ready, as it was apparently still being cleaned. Being that the check in is at 4 and we didn’t get keys to our room until close to 5. Haven children with us and after traveling all day this felt stressful having to stay in our car an additional hour. I asked if we would be credited for that hour off the cost of our room and the receptionist said we would, however at checkout this did not happen. If they could figure out a way to have rooms ready at check in I would rate this property 5 of 5 but with having to wait is why I feel 4 stars is where it’s at."
