"When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. "

"Stayed for two nights and the staff were amazing from the start to the end. We were pleasantly greeted and welcomed the moment our transportation dropped us off, to being looked after at the front desk on arrival. We arrived in the morning and were accommodated earlier than expected. We had a sea view room that looked over the gateway of India. Our housekeeper cleaned the room spotlessly ensuring we had everything we needed. We ate in Shamiana restaurant and the food and service were also good....
