From the moment we arrived, the entire team — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff — made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision.
