"No hand soap, kettle or teabags provided. Door not closing onto balcony without banging it. Balcony looking on to noisy building works which wasn’t worth the extra money paid, as the balcony was unusable. No mugs, sugar or milk provided. No robes or slippers. Room was ok but overall disappointing for a 4 star. No USB points. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning."

"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

"Points positif, confort des lits . La piscine , sona, hamam. Dommage que cela n est pas entretenu car le paquet des chambres sont abîmé, la Fayence se décolle à la piscine. Le personnel chambre oublie de nous changer les serviettes. Heureusement qu il y avait Monsieur Jouad le responsable de salle au restaurant, qui est un rayon de soleil dans cette hôtel, toujours bien vaillant et son sourire qu il ne quittait jamais malgré certains clients très compliqué à satisfaire."
