"Stay was amazing!"

"Place was very nice and clean. Only downside is parking and hauling your luggage quite a distance from the entrance. Also you have to carry the luggage up stairs to get to the lobby. Bit of a hassle but otherwise great hotel."

"Terrible free breakfast: waited for one hour although there were only 4-5 tables waiting for service. No staff in Front desk when checkin."

"The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction."

"The environment was super noisy for a hotel , unknown equipments working at night time , smoke puff was literally entering the room from where I don’t know. Walls were too porous. The microwaves kept power in of after 58sec. Breakfast was okay , just something to hold the tummy till you get good food . Overall I won’t stay there again"

"Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. "

"I did enjoyed my stay because the washroom was clean, plus there was lots of parking space. The staff was friendly with me."

"I booked for my mom as were relocating her down, the owners are lovely and you can see where they are doing renovations, I do believe the other rooms are renovated to what the photos look but the room we ended up with was at the starting stages of renovations, patchwork on the walls and minor aesthetic issues, but for the price and the care of my mom's wellbeing from the staff I can't really complain about the room not being like the photo. Would book again"

"No cable even though it says cable No hot breakfast and it also say available false advertising! I will be sure to tell colleagues from my government job to never stay there!"

"Best hotel in Sarnia. Good condition rooms. Wifi is great. I enjoyed my stay. Rudra the owner is very generous. He upgraded us to 2 bed room for free."
