"Had to help the Night staff change the sheets as it Gad hairs both on the pillows and sheets, so did the floor around the bes :(. Staff was helpfull. My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock. "Arwen was incredibly helpful. Extremely warm and inviting solving some issues i had through booking with Expedia. The rooms do need water bottles or some way of filling the keurig which is offered in the room. Also the outside elevator needs to say ROOF TOP ONLY, that was quite confusing. Vending machines or other food options 24 hours would be nice seeing that after getting out of a late night game and having zero restaraunts around to eat made it a little awkward to try and find food. "The overall experience was great. Tiburon is lovely and this is a great location. The hotel rooms are clean and updated. The outdoor areas are very nice as well. Ice machine was broken for our whole stay. The shared outdoor areas need to be regularly tidied up. Otherwise everything was great. We will come again. "
