The room was modern and clean. Check in was efficient. The hotel decided to conduct a new years eve party near the pool which faces all the rooms and subjected every guest to music at levels that exceeded the television volumes (and we were on the 4th floor). This was not noted at booking or conveyed the 2 weeks prior to check in, only during the check in procedure. During check out (after room inspection), there was an attempt to get me to sign an additional form consenting to additional chargebacks. I declined and there was some reservation on the part of the front desk personnel but I exited without further drama. Decent hotel, but issues with policies.

A very comfortable stay in spacious, modern and clean rooms. Comfortable bed, good shower and decent wifi. The gem of the stay was the staff, always friendly and helpful even going out of their way to help with a few things I needed to do.

Good one.

Was a great stay Rio and Ed where very helpful. The room was clean. Parking was a bit problematic as they are limited. Hotel is right infront of the road so not much parking spot. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

i liked that the Wifi did not drop out, the cleaners would video tape themselves cleaning the rooms which is good for security purposes. the indoor pool looked very nice. My only concern which is in no way a fault on the Hotels end was that the street locals would try petty theft tactics

It is roomy and well laid out but the lights and air conditioning units were not working well. Superior services of the staff to name a few: Roze, Sandra, Mike, Eds, Lorna and Joel. The breakfast food is so greasy but the attendant is quick and respectful.

I love the staff so friendly and they know me by name. If I needed anything they were there. They kept my room clean, fresh towels. I will come here again. The prices was good when I booked the room. If any of my friends decide to come to the Philippines In Angeles city I definitely will recommend this hotel to them. Also I think every staff member should be rewarded from morning to evening shifts. If any person that stayed here and gave a bad review they’re are lying!! Once again this place is awesome!!!

I would like to say that the staff was the friendliest of the hotels that i have stayed in the entire country. The hotel was undergoing some improvements that made rating it any higher a bit improbable. I think a higher rating scale would improve the ratings by me. At any rate my overall rating would be about 4.3 or 4.4.

Be very wary here. Great staff, lots of problems

The staff are amazing and wonderful! We ultimately were in a room that was very comfortable. Here are the issues with this place: 1)Our first room had no hot water; 2) Many of the alternative rooms smelled like raw sewage on a rainy night. You MUST check your room before agreeing to stay; 3) Very weird checkout experience. I advised the front desk that I accidentally dropped a glass of water. I cleaned up the mess, but thought they should know a glass needed to be replaced (as a courtesy). The front desk response was that i needed to pay 200 pesos ($4 US) before I could leave to replace the 40 cent glass. In years of extensive travel I have never been at a hotel so weird and petty. I advise considering other options in Angeles before choosing this hotel.

Nice and safe Hotel

Hotel is small but clean and accessible to the local downtown area. Staff was friendly and quit helpful. The staff are like a smakk famly everyone chips in to help the guest, even the security staff. I felt safe and the Hotel resturant is nice
