The staff were very friendly. All wore hair nets. Rooms clean. Good selection of food. Internet is terrible, check in was very poor. Fortunately chatgpt told us all we need to know about the different restaurants we could go to or we wouldnt have known any of that. Kids club was very good

My room was very clean and nice. My bathroom was huge. The service was exceptional. The family that runs the hotel they are the most helpful friendliest and positive people that I have ran into in a long time my room was across from the pool and of course, it was beautiful, especially at night then ...
