"The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.
Side note - The walls seem to be pretty thin. You will hear every single person and...
"We stayed overnight en route to Italy. The check in was easy and staff friendly. Initially we were given a twin room instead of a triple but this was quickly rectified. The only downer was no air-conditioning on the plus side there is a 25% discount on purchases at the shop for guests , and a great play area for kids"
