Simplemente por problemas en la aplicación no había nuestra reservación. Nos recibieron con un tonito complaciente, sin ofrecer soluciones y con una simple disculpa sin fondo. En la otra mesa estaba otra pareja en el mismo estado, algo más desesperada. Me llegó la devolución, quizá se haga efectiva ...

Every part of our stay was fantastic. The room and hotel are charming, location perfect, staff were excellent and restaurant the nicest food we have had.
