Great property steps from the railway station with frequent buses to the center of town. Clean room, quiet place with a very comfortable bed and a great breakfast buffet at a competitive price.

The hotel was faultless! I’d certainly go there again. There did seem to be a few unsavory looking characters hanging around the area at nighttime. But my Classic car, which was parked next to the hotel, for two days was perfectly safe.

Aucun service client et aucune communication.

Aucune communication. Envoi de mail pour arrivée tardive pas de réponse, puis déplacement professionnel annulé pour cause du 10 septembre (journée de mobilisation nationale) donc demande d'annulation de la chambre aucune réponse et refus de remboursement. Bref je ne recommande absolument pas pour le service client. Je n'ai donc pas mis les pieds à l'hôtel je ne peux rien en dire.

L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à la gare, ce qui est une bonne chose. En revanche il est assez loin du centre à pied mais c’est le seul inconvénient. Pour ce qui est de l’hôtel en lui-même, il est impeccable (chambre, salle de bain mais aussi espaces communs) , ma chambre était assez grande et donnait sur une cour intérieure silencieuse. Pour finir: un prix tout à fait acceptable donc si je dois retourner à Angoulême pour des raisons professionnelles, j’y retournerai sans hésiter.,

Un grand périple à 83 ans avec un stop à Angouléme: je suis tres contente de trouver en face de la gare un hotel simple, propre, literie confortable, accueil agréable. Je reviendrai..un seul bémol: l'eau met beaucoup de temps à chauffer, le rideau de la douche a fait son temps..Un petit resto en face trés bien.
