Lovely location and facilities. Everywhere was very clean. However, rooms were tired and outdated needed refurbishment especially the bathroom.

The beach is very beautiful! The hotel needs some updates in the rooms, the food somewhat repetitive but it was a good stay, hotel is located about 2 1/2 hours from Rio, but it’s definitely worth the visit

I did not realize this was primarily a family resort with lots of kids. The beach was lovely and there were lots of chairs--but there were no areas to escape all the kids. the food was marginal. we would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone other than a family.

Esse resort entrega muito. Eu e minha família sempre passamos o carnaval o vila galé. É impressionante o quanto descansamos. Tem muita comida e bebida disponivel. Tudo em ordem! Sempre voltaremos. Tem praia , piscina e muito diversão em família.

No había personal suficiente para la cantidad de gente, no limpian las habitaciones diariamente, la atención de recepcion es un desastre. No explican nada. La comida de muy mala calidad. Colas interminables para todo Impresiona ser un hotel en quiebra. Es una lastima porque el entorno es hermoso y parece haber invertido en renovación de habitaciones recientemente. No volvere a visitar esta cadena de hoteles.
O atendimento do restaurante ruim com filas pra atendimento, limpeza das mesas tendo que reclamar diariamente e quando precisava de um talher ou guardanapo mandavam que fosse pegar nas gavetas. Infelizmente essa é a terceira vez que vamos passar o réveillon lá e infelizmente essa foi terrível. Precisando de reformulação de pessoal, somente os marleteiros dou nota 10.
Quarto limpo e arrumado. A equipe, de um modo geral, é bem educada.
A maior dificuldade que encontrei foi conseguir água para beber. Oferecida em embalagens de 200 ml, só as encontrei no restaurante (nem sempre disponíveis) e a reposição diária no frigobar do quarto só ocorria após reiteradas solicitações.

Colaboradores ótimos, bebidas horríveis.
Já fui duas vezes no resort de Angra, essa foi a pior experiência com bebidas. Marcas ruins e sem opção, vodka barata, entre outras bebidas.

Mas questão de bebidas, muito ruim!
Acredito que o Resort não estava preparado para o volume de pessoas nesta semana. A arrumação do quarto só passava após às 16h. Quanto ao restaurante degudo o mesmo problema deixamos de jantar por conta de 1h antes do encerramento já não estar disponível os grelhados, por exemplo. Outro ponto acredito que poderiam melhorar no entretenimento norturbo pois faltava por exemplo uma música no bar, mesmo que fosse um playback. No geral o resort é ótimo em suas opções de comida e bebida e o arendimento self service ajuda bastante.
