"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. "When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions.
