"The hotel is a little bit outside of Klikor. At first our driver had some diiifculties of finding the hotel. Bute once we arrived it was a big surprise how big the hotel was. The service staff was really nice and polite. They showed us the rooms that were supposed to be ours but also asked if we were ok with the rooms. Two of the rooms didn‘t have a fridge. "I liked the location right on the Volta River. I liked the outdoor dining room. I liked the food selections on the menu. I liked the beautiful landscaping. I didn't like the poor service and missing items that were not as advertised. No pool No wifi No toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for some. The manager was non- existence during our stay.
