The first time we stayed, we were there a week. Houskeeping came once on the 4th day & it was half way done. They didn't arrive again until they knocked on the door 10 minutes before checkout. The front desk staff is otherwise helpful. The breakfast is good for the price. It's not a "walk" to campus.

This was a beautiful Holiday Inn Express in a quiet area on the outskirts of Ann Arbor with lovely landscaping. The room was comfortable and roomy with a great bed. The bathroom shower was easy to use and had all toiletries. We were happy to have a microwave and small refrigerator. All of the staff were friendly. All together it created a great impromptu summer overnighter for us as a retired couple on a budget!

Stayed 2 nights here. Likes: friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was decent, snack bar was good. Dislikes: room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night, had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for linens for pull out bed, suite was small, hand soap (pump) was mounted too tall for our daughter and requested bar soap. Our stay was just “meh” and likely would not stay here again.

Our room was not ready two hours after check-in and we were trying to get ready to go to a concert! Staff was unwilling to help and said that we needed to use the washroom to change and check in at 2 AM when we got home from the concert instead! We paid $1000 for this room!! Then they charged double the price for a pint of ice cream when we got home and didn’t tell us what time breakfast was available so we missed! The hotel was clean and relatively new but an awkward distance from the concert venue which made getting an Uber very difficult!
