"The penthouse was absolutely amazing — we truly enjoyed every bit of our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The jacuzzi was a highlight 😇😇😇, and the view from both the terrace and the living room was simply mesmerising. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hallstatt.👍 One small suggestion for improvement: after sunset, the lighting in the living area felt a bit dim for us. Adding a few more ceiling lights could really enhance the comfort in the evenings and make the space even more perfect for guests. Thank you for a wonderful 4 everything "

The card offers great attractions and free bus services around the area and is an absolute game changer! The property itself is a classic nice Austrian style apartment/hotel and is an absolute 10/10. "It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too . A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice . I really look forward coming back with friends and family to enjoy such a nice set up in such a beautiful area "
