"We liked the area our room was nice but had two temperatures, hot or cold. The coffee maker did not heat. We were told that the inn had a restaurant it did not. We also were surprised that we had to stay in another building than where we checked in. We also had to ask to pay for parking on our room tab. We were asked to reply to a text and set up payment information for parking. Another step that is unnecessary. We also checked out at the desk and then we were asked to call when we left!! Way...

"This hotel is showing its age and does not exhibit the higher DoubleTree standards I am used to, especially for the rates charged. Our first room, 241, had a strong, terrible, rank smell. The front desk person was helpful and immediately switched us to a different room that smelled OK although the entire hallway had a peculiar odor. Oddly, despite the front part of the hotel having three floors with many rooms per floor, there is only a single, dinky six-person elevator. The back of the hotel...

"This is our little hideaway! We love to go here just to get away from home sometimes. We always get the suite jsut incase we want to have company over or just to have a little extra space! We love the pool table and the lobby especially during the holidays, it's so beautiful! Breakfast options are pretty good and the front desk service is always great! We were charged for parking. "
