We had a great stay at Les Muses. The location is quiet, yet only a few steps from the lake & cafes & restaurants. Really friendly staff, easy check-in/out, onsite parking & delicious breakfast (add on).

The good: nicely located, very nice reception staff. Very good breakfast, clean and in front of the lake. The bad: standard double room is pretty small, small double bed and the housekeeping staff make a lot of noise in the morning in the corridor just outside your room door (even when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is placed), moving equipment, talking loud…

The hotel has beautiful scenary,well kept with a nice buffet to enjoy your breakfast at their beautiful little garden The staff are very friendly and courteous. And we had a very clean room in front of the lake and the mountain.

The views from the 2nd floor front rooms of the hotel are fabulous. The location is good depending on what type of trip you want, and its about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. My single room was a bit spartan (paper cup that wasn't changed rather than a glass) and the room was a bit cramped.

Good hotel with an excellent location!

Nice hotel with free parking. We stayed in the Annexe which was spacious and cool. Great location of just a few minutes walk to the lake. We also walked to the centre which took about 45 minutes. Staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on this. We stayed for one night and would stay again. Highly recommend

Purtroppo le foto pubblicate sul sito non rispecchiano la nostra camera. Camera e bagno molto datati e pulizia molto approssimativa. Moquette sporca e odore sgradevole. Odore sgradevole anche sugli asciugamani. Non è sufficiente mettere la testiera del letto e due lampade nuove per rendere un locale accogliente. Inoltre per raggiungere la camera occorre scendere tre gradini rispetto al piano dove arriva l'ascensore (peraltro sporco e con lo specchio rotto) e con i bagagli non risulta sicuramente comodo. Il personale abbastanza gentile. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato "solo" due notti. Sconsigliato.
