Mi sono fermato 2 notti, l'esperienza è stata un po' altalenante. Mentre non si puo' dire nulla sul personale (un po troppo professionali e gelidi), mi è sembrato alquanto prima strano il fatto che il ristorante chiuda il venerdì , ma soprattutto il venerdì sera alle 21 ha chiuso la reception, non c'era più nessuno, e le persone che sarebbero arrivati si sono trovati su un "muretto" interno poco prima della apertura una busta contenete la chiave della stanza e i documenti da compilare L'unica cena che ho potuto fare dire che è stata un po' deludente mentre la prima colazione è stata MOLTO interessante e buona, si potrebbe dire che vale la pena questo hotel per la prima colazione e il personale in questo contesto.

Hotel mit super Aussicht und chicem Interieur.

Die verbundenen DZ waren relativ groß und hatten einen imposanten Ausblick auf Ansbach. Die Frühstückleistung war sehr gut, vor allem das Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich.

Please be honest with your Hotel descriptions

Disappointed in service. Website claims to have a bar, it does, but they only open it when the hotel is full, which for the 6 nights we were there was only 1 night. Don't get hungry on Sunday as restaurant is not open. Staff didn't really see a problem in any of the above. Hotel is very dated but otherwise a really good stay.

Dårlig service

Hotellet kunne ikke finde min reservation, og jeg var derfor nød til at sende min bekræftelse til hotellet for at bevise jeg havde booket et værelse og betalt forud. Der var ingen morgenbuffet, derfor måtte jeg udfylde en bestillingsseddel med morgenmad ønsker. Det er der for så vidt heller ikke noget galt i, bortset fra jeg fik slet ikke hvad jeg havde bestilt. Betjeningen var i den grad dårlig, jeg vil overveje om jeg gider komme de igen.

Alt for korte dyner...

Hotel receptionen var ikke besat selvom jeg havde ringet at jeg først ankom mellem 22 og 23 og det ikke skulle være et problem. Dynerne var kun 160cm lange - lige i underkanten når man er 188 cm høj... Ellers var det et fint hotel og god morgenmad.
