This was a unique resort and perfect for a relaxing environment. The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the wine tasting, private dinner and boat excursions on their gorgeous boat.

The hotel definitely lived up to its name, the views were truly beautiful. The staff were all extremely helpful and every time we needed help they supported our needs. they also offer a breakfast lunch and dinner menu which was great!

Long lines, inattentive staff, poor quality food, no towels, no working elevator even though we're on the 4th floor, we had reservations to restaurants that were never open. No ice. What did I pay for?
