We booked at this hotel specifically because we thought there would be one whole, solid double bed. Instead, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, with no mattress pad on top. "Not fully open. Not advised on the app. Therefore breakfast is served at a later hour and to the room with not many options. 2 days I had no water to shower or brush my teeth in the morning, no warning offered by the hotel. They keep a diposit. Also not advised in the app, don’t appreciate that. It’s a great concep hotel and food at the restaurant was good. Nothing is in any other language other than local. Wish it was managed differently."

"We had a nice stay with our 2 kids (3y & 5y). If is oriented on families/kids and had Some nice playgrounds, games for children. The kids loved the pool. Food was good but normal, which was as expected. The hotel is focused on all-in do it is fine but not exceptional. Room was clean. We had a nice stay!"
