"Comfortable rooms and an unbeatable location. Worth staying here for the location alone.
However, the amenities leave something to be desired. Nothing opens early in Jeonju and the hotel breakfast options are buffet or nothing. So if you are the sort of person who just has something light and a coffee, you can either way overpay for a buffet or starve until things start opening in town at 11ish. Additionally, the hotel gym opens quite late and it's kept at sauna temperature with no ventilation or air movement. I'm shocked they don't regularly have people passing out down there (that's right it's also in the basement. So the no ventilation thing is no joke). I ask if the temperature could be lowered to somewhere in the 20s rather than the high 30s and staff made no effort to help.
In general staff was rude and unhelpful. Thankfully we were able to minimize our interactions with them. It was overall a nice hotel and I would return given the location, but for nothing else."
