Clean and very friendly place to stay

Clean and very friendly accommodation in a convenient location. The double sofa bed could be better for accommodating families with teen children. Overall a very well maintained accommodation.

Best budget friendly apart hotel with kitchen in Fener. Great location. Good transport link to any part of Antalya. Amazing beach in a walking distance. TerraCity mall also in a close proximity.

The kind and helpful staff, spacious apartments with plenty of storage space, good water pressure and hot water supply, nice private roof-top terrace, great for a relaxing family holiday. The property owners changed the daily rate for the apartment and e-mailed us on the day that we travelled.They pushed the rate up to EUR 50 per day.My husband and I arrived at 1am . We had the agreed amount of cash with us but the manager demanded more. Surely the agreed rate is the agreed rate? Not sure I would book another apartment in this way.

Very bad , don’t advise at all

This is the worst hotel ever, never think of reserving in this hotel, Air conditioner is not working and when we complain the staff were very rude and not helpful at all, they don’t know how to talk English and they always keep on talking Turkish in a very aggressive way, the room was not clean and the bathroom was horrible.

When we arrived the room was very dirty, dirty dishes in dishwasher all others in cupboards dirty. Rubbish under the bed, we had to ask for clean bed sheets and change the bed ourselves before we could sleep in it. The room was not turned over from the last people leaving it really wasn’t good. The fridge was also broken

Actually for whatever I am writing here I have pictures as my evidence. We found cleaning is bad. There was cockroach at room and water was cold for showers. But the main issue was safety our money was stolen at this hotel. one day they clean our room and keep the window open. when we told the staffs what happened they denied by saying that never happened in their hotel. The staffs even said to us you should be happy that not all your money was stolen. We responded we did work for money. Anyhow, not only they did not want to apologize us but also put us in the position that caused us feel very unsafe, then we called police. police came and they did fingerprints and so on. Our last three days were awful there. We absolutely felt unsafe there. The staffs destroyed our vaccination. Anyhow, we are looking forward to find a way to get our money back. If the staffs denied what happened to us we will be disclosing our evidences and all pictures and all records we took from this damn hotel where caused us cry and anxiety and unsafe as well as our money which was stolen there. Again, hopefully at least we can get our money back.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü fakat odalar pis

Konaklamada gittiğimizde çok güzel karşılandık bu yere ikinci kez seyahatimizdi daha öncesinde gittiğimizde çok iyiydi fakat ikinci kez gittiğimiz oda çok pis yerler kırıntılı yatak odası aşırı tozlu lavabo içinde lekeler vardı bu durum beni üzdü açıkcası beklentilerim çok altta oldu.
