We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options, the spa was relaxing and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The entertainment was fantastic and made every evening enjoyable. The resort was welcoming, and offered everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and facilities felt modern and well maintained. One suggestion for improvement would be the children's pool area. It could be enhanced by adding more water play features and a few small water slides to make it even more enjoyable for families with kids. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay for 2 adults and 4 children at Concorde De Lux, nothing was too much and special mention to KADiR who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Pool and towels were always available and the beach is lovely. A huge variety of food and drink with premium brands on offer.

Very nice beach, plenty of loungers, spa was lovely had a full body scrub, clay and foam Turkish bath. Staff are very friendly, especially reception desk where nothing is too difficult and they will accommodate what they can to enhance your stay. The buffet is ok, could be better because unless you pay for the a la carte, this is your only option for evenings which is disappointing. Plenty of food options outside and patisserie and coffee place in lounge is very nice too. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. The gardens are stunning and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay but would not return to this hotel the only reason for this was the amount of children, mostly toddlers, I don’t mind kids on holiday at all, but the buffet and pool area was always a huge festival of screaming crying kids, dining was very off putting due to this.

We have just completed our fifth visit to this fantastic resort, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to both families and couples. ​Service & Cleanliness: The cleaners do a phenomenal job; the rooms are always absolutely spotless. ​Dining: The food is incredibly fresh with tons of variety. In the restaurant, the staff can’t do enough for you—waiters are constantly attentive, refilling wine glasses and taking drink orders. ​Entertainment: The entertainment is spectacular. The animation/guest well-being team is truly phenomenal and makes the holiday so special. ​It is simply the most wonderful place to be. We will definitely be back!

Loved the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The pool, gardens and beach were wonderful. Everything felt well looked after and the highlight was the food in the buffet restaurant which was amazing. Over our four day stay there was a huge amount of choice, excellent staff and fresh dishes. Everything we had was of excellent quality. We visited at a fairly quiet time in early March and were lucky with the weather, overall, the hotel is one we would definitely return to.

While there were several positive aspects to our stay, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The food was excellent and consistently enjoyable, and the amenities offered by the hotel were impressive. The amphitheater shows were also a highlight and provided great entertainment. However, we found the staff to be less welcoming than expected, which impacted our overall impression. The accommodations themselves were average, and the hotel did not quite reflect the level of service and quality typically associated with a five-star property. Additionally, it was somewhat inconvenient that the dining options closed relatively early. Food was very nice and worked for all ages and pallets. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Kids pool with slides was only open for a hour or two a day, many other facilities weren’t operating. The hotel itself is not as the pictures and name states. It’s a four star at best.
