"This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."

"Couldn't walk on carpet, felt sticky. No cable, called front desk twice with no answer. Waled to front desk to tell them TV didn't work, he said he would send someone, never did. On positive note, beds were comfortable and blankets were great, slept wonderful."

"We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs! "

"Great hotel, nice staff, free breakfast included (typical American style), free taco bar daily with salad, chips and soup, drinks are also complimentary. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. No complaints. "

"I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. "

"My room had an intense smell of smoke from a fire that recently occurred in that room or the room below or next to it. I called the front desk to switch rooms. Unfortunately, they said they were sold out so they couldn’t move me to another room. So the front desk came up to my room and brought me a spray bottle full of cleaning disinfectant. I had the staff smell my room and they agreed how bad it smelled. Again, she couldn’t do anything to help me other than spray the disinfectant all over. I did so and it did nothing to help. My complaint is with the manager allowing that room to be rented out. That room should be off the market unit they address the issue. The hotel was nice and clean with no complaints other than the smell in my room being so overpowering I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. The manger allowing that room to stay open should be audited and demoted or at minimum held accountable for this failure to provide every guest with the best experience. "
