Motel is closed

My stay was non-existent. No one was at the office when we arrived and no one would answer the phone number that was on the door. I could never reach them even the next day after being stranded without a room all night. Then, the hotel.com site that I booked the room through refused to facilitate my refund because they too were unable to reach the hotel staff.

There was no one at the desk to check in. I called twice and no one answered or called back. It was the only hotel in town so I left.

It was totally disgusting. Our room was not clean. Poop on the back of the toilet, had to shower with sandals on because the shower was so dirty, and found left over food in our fridge. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The only reason why we stay there was because everywhere else was booked.
