"What made my stay was RACHEL. She went above and beyond. I explained my knees were bad and she stopped what she was doing and helped load my luggage onto the "trolley" and went all the way to the back and carried my luggage and my boyfriends up the stairs. She was more than helpful. She deserves recognition for her commitment to her job duties. Everything else was average, but she was a rock star!"
