"Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe."

"Osaah Bema lodge is situated in a serene neighborhood of Antoa Ahodwo right off the main street to Antoa from Kumasi Mamponteng. It is about 12 minutes drive to Antoa and not too far from Mamponteng. The compound was clean and spacious with with some exotic domesticated birds like Peacocks and Gees. The rooms were clean with hot water.The lodge did not serve breakfast at the time of our stay, so you will have to carry some snacks along or find out before booking since there are not too many food vendors around. There is public transportation at most times right in front of the lodge. The staff were assertive, very welcoming and helpful as well. Thank you sister Julie, brother Sammy and brother Dominic for the warm reception. ❤️ We recommend this lodge to all."

"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"
