Fehlende Maintenance

Im Prinzip ein ganz normales Business-Hotel mit Meerblick. Allerdings ließ die Maintenance zu wünschen übrig. Toilette war bei Ankunft in der Nacht verstopft. Morgens zeigte sich, dass auch die Dusche kaum noch ablief. Der Frühstücksraum im obersten Geschoss hat eine prächtige Aussicht. Das Frühstück selbst ist ok - aber auch nicht mehr.

Hotel Alto del Sol Costanera

Un viaje que con todo incluido, desde la limpieza de la habitación, los desayunos exquistos hasta la ubicación, cercano a playa la puntilla, buenos restaurantes y pub. Seguro volvemos.

Tuvimos problemas con estacionamiento. En la publicidad de la página de booking ofrece estacionamiento como uno de los servicios disponibles y en el hotel nos explican qué hay solo 8 estacionamientos para 48 habitaciones. En resumen no pudimos acceder al estacionamiento del hotel pues estaba copado. Dejamos el vehículo afuera y obtuvimos un 10% de descuento del valor total de la estadía.

La ubicación esta buena para quienes buscan estar cerca de centro de restaurantes y pubs. Además de contar con una excelente vista. Otra característica a destacar sería el estar cerca de espacios para realizar actividades deportivas al aire libre. Lo malo: no contar con la posibilidad de tomar una taza de té o café en el hotel en horario nocturno. Ofrecen agua de un calentador de bidón.

I did not like the fact the hall lights motion sensor turned the lights off after only five seconds. A period of fifteen to thirty seconds would be preferable so that a new arrival had time to get used to the finicky key card system. Also, I did not like that the hotel was so hard to find after sunset, even using a map. The sign was difficult to read and could use darker letters and a larger diameter sun. The signs were easy to see during daytime. I liked the breakfast and the private parking, and the room in general.

Buen hotel, mala atención

Tuve problemas con la habitación asignada en piso 2, ruidos molestos por la noche producto de una falla en la membrana del agua, según me dijeron al día siguiente después que dejé estampado un reclamo formal. Si bien me cambiaron de habitación, fue muy incómoda la situación por la poca deferencia del personal que me atendió en recepción.

Buen hotel bien ubicado.

El hotel es muy recomendable, la habitación tiene un tamaño medio pero satisfactorio. El desayuno es regular y tiene solamente siete estacionamientos. La ubicación es buena y está rodeado de restaurantes.

Good hotel on south side

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights to be near family. It offers excellent value if booked through expedia. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is clean with AC and heating (we went in winter) Breakfast bar is good. On the outskirts of city center (south side) close to a few restaurants and many pubs. No restaurant at hotel. Parking small. On waterfront, park and small beach. We felt safe. For the price its a good choice.

Bien. Hotel nuevo, cómodo, ubicación frente al mar, piezas con balcón, etc. Mal. Servicio de desayuno con horarios no flexibles, nada de amigables con el huésped (cierre de puertas). Deben cambiarlo.

Hotel agréable à Antofagasta, bien placé

Cet hôtel est localisé à 20 mn en bus du centre d'Antofagasta mais il est proche du bord de mer et présente tout l'équipement nécessaire, dont plusieurs ordinateurs dans la salle du bas, un petit déjeuner copieux depuis la terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer. Les chambres dans les étages supérieurs permettent d'échapper au bruit des voitures qui circulent sur la marina.
